Supervision

Sessions are 60 minutes in length for both face to face or online.

Cost per individual session is $120.

WINZ funded options may be available - please enquire.

Payment options include cash or online banking.  An digital invoice will be emailed within 1-2 days of the session.  Payment within 5 days is much appreciated.  Eftpos is available for face to face appointments.

Face to face appointments are based @ 139 Union Road, Howick, Auckland, 2014.

Online appointments via Zoom - a Zoom link will be emailed to your preferred email address ahead of the session.

There is no limit to the number of sessions a client may need.  Some clients meet weekly, fortnightly, 3- weekly or monthly.  Initially it is helpful to meet weekly or fortnightly in order to build a relationship and start work on strategies and thereafter stretch out sessions in line with affordability.  Clients are in control of their counselling sessions and thereby can end counselling at any time.  This may be because the client is feeling that they have gained the skills they need to push through the problem, or they may feel the 'fit' isn't right between counsellor and client.  Either way, it is not a problem.  It is important for the client to have autonomy in the management of their own counselling.

* For cancellations/reschedules: a minimum notice period of 24 hours before appointments is much appreciated.
